How long is the show?

The show is a two hour seated experience including a brief intermission. Our doors open 30 minutes before show time, and close 30 minutes after show time. We love to meet our guests and take photos with them after the event! If you don’t want a photo, at least stick around to sign our guest book!

Question 2

Do I have to participate?

Accepted Answer

We love to engage our guests to the core, but not by making them nervous that they’ll be pulled onto stage. Although you will feel absolutely immersed in the story in our intimate theater setting, there is no participation required.

Are there any discounts?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to purchase discounted General admission tickets for youth ages 8-17 at any time. Just select your preferred ticket type at checkout.

Is this show OK for kids?

Accepted Answer

This show is rated for kids ages 8+ for a few dark elements and a touch of foul language. Although we have had kids as young as six in the audience and they’ve greatly enjoyed it! If your little ones can follow theater etiquette, they are welcome to attend.

Question 5

How does the BYOB work?

It’s easy-peasy darling! Bring a beverage of your choice from home or wherever. We have glassware, bottle openers, corkscrews, and even growlers you can borrow to fill up at our downstairs neighbors, Brews. Please respect the liquor laws and ask which beverages you are allowed to leave with.

What about parking?

The Melonlight Theater is our beautiful venue in downtown Eureka Springs. There is a pay lot across the street and ample street parking. We are also in walking distance of downtown lodging and attractions, and all parking meters downtown are free after 6pm.

Is it worth it?

Our audiences sure think so! In fact, several of our guests have said “I didn’t even like plays… until I saw yours.”
