RoadPeace Volunteer Celebration

RoadPeace is privileged to have an increadibly generous, creative and compassionate community of volunteers.

We want to celebrate their work and give thanks for everything they do.

On the 5th of June, during National Volunteers Week, we will be holding an online and in person event in which we will have testimonials, music, games and big heartfelt THANK YOU'S from volunteers, staff, members and supporters.

Who is the event for?

Volunteers: We really want to see as many of our volunteers as possible online and in person. This event is for you to receive thanks for your volunteering. We cannot say it enough.

Please also bring along any friends or family with whom you would like to celebrate.

Everyone else:If you have received support from one of our volunteers, feel inspired by their service or want to know how to get involved yourself we would love to see you. You will be able to watch and lend your voice to the absolute cacophany of of gratitute we are hoping to create.

How do I join online?

Select a free 'attending online' ticket and you will be sent a zoom link.

We have made sure you will be able to fully participate online and many of our speakers are also joining online. So don't worry you won't be missing out!

How do I join in person?

For those able to join in person we will be meeting at the offices of our legal partner Leigh Day at 27 Goswell Rd, London EC1M 7AN. It is a 10 minute walk to Farringdon or Old Street stations.

Please make sure you have selected a 'attending in person ticket'. There are a limited number of these tickets but if you are a volunteer and you miss out please reach out an we will make sure you are able to get one.

Please arrive any time after 6PM for an event start at 7. There will be snacks and drinks provided.

Finally, get creative with your RoadPeace Purple!

We are asking everyone online or in person to bring or wear something purple whether it be your favourite cardigan, lipstick or colour correcting shampoo!

Prizes to be won for the most creative interpretation.
