The second in the NECCUS monthly webinar programme, providing insights to roadmapping activities across key regions, sectors and networks

The NECCUS monthly webinar programme provides an opportunity to learn about and discuss developments to mitigate industrial carbon emissions through CCUS, electrification and use of hydrogen as a clean source of energy. Each of these is essential if we are to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2045 in Scotland and 2050 in the rest of the UK.The topic of the second webinar is 'Roadmaps to Decarbonisation'. This provides an opportunity to hear from three different roadmap initiatives. Speakers are:<ul><li>Mike Smith (NECCUS) - "Phase 2 of Scotland's Net Zero Roadmap"</li><li>Gus McIntosh (SGN) - "Hydrogen Network Infrastructure Roadmap"</li><li>Luca Corradi &amp; Martyn Tulloch (OGTC) - "Closing the Gap – A Technology Roadmap for a Net Zero North Sea"</li></ul>The webinar takes place on Wednesday January 13th between 13h and 14h.
