Refunds will be issued upon receipt of written cancellation as follows: Cancellations received at least 30 days before the start of RNG SUMMIT will receive a full registration refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days from the start of RNG SUMMIT are non-refundable; no credit will be issued. No shows will not be awarded a refund.Can I update my registration information?Please contact LeSharon@RNGCoalition.com if you need to update or change your registration information.Where do I pick up my registration badge?Badges will NOT be mailed out prior to the RNG SUMMIT. Your RNG SUMMIT 2022 badge must be picked up on-site between 4-5pm on Tuesday, May 17th - prior to entering the RNG SUMMIT Networking Recep tion at 5:00pm .Do I need a ticket to attend the Members Networking Event at Minute Maid Park on May 19?YES, you must receive an invitation and a baseball game ticket to attend. Registration for RNG SUMMIT does NOT automatically include a ticket to the Baseball Networking Event.DISCLAIMER: Selecting the Baseball Networking Event during registration notifies staff of your availability and interest in attending but does NOT guarantee participation as tickets are limited. Tickets will be made available first at the discretion of the CEO to RNG SUMMIT Hosts, Sponsors, RNG Coalition Leadership Level members, PAC Donors and special guests.RNG Coalition Executive Staff will contact RNG SUMMIT registrants directly to confirm their invitation to the Baseball Networking Event, provide tickets, and or add you to the wait list.
