The RNG SUMMIT 2018 program is designed provide representatives from each sector of the renewable natural gas (RNG) industry with a real-time update on RNG-relevant federal policy (legislation and regulation) and to facilitate advocacy and education meetings with key Congressional members and staff on Capitol Hill.

How do I secure RNG SUMMIT 2018 rates for my hotel accomodations?
The RNG SUMMIT 2018 does not have a room block. Due to the high volume of activity and lack of vacancy in Washington DC, RNG SUMMIT attendees are encouraged to reserve hotel accommodations ASAP.

What should I wear?
POLICY FORUM &amp; EVENING RECEPTION: Dress is business casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in the meeting rooms consider bringing a light jacket or sweater. 
BREAKFAST ORIENTATION &amp; CAPITOL HILL MEETINGS: Dress is business attire. We recommend men wear a coat and tie. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
WASHINGTON NATIONALS BALLPARK EVENT: Dress is casual. We recommend you wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Since temperatures can vary in the meeting rooms consider bringing a light jacket or sweater.

What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations for RNG SUMMIT 2018 must be in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued on the date of receipt of written cancellation and will be issued as follows: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to the start of the RNG SUMMIT will receive a 100% refund of the registered event amount, less a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations of registration paid in full and received less than 30 days from the start of the RNG SUMMIT will be eligible for future meeting credit worth 50% of the registered conference amount, not including tours and or other special events offered during the RNG SUMMIT. This credit can be used for RNG WORKS 2018 or RNG 2018 CONFERENCE. No shows will not be awarded a refund.
 
Can I update my registration information?

Where do I pick up my registration badge?
Badges will NOT be mailed out prior to the RNG SUMMIT. Your RNG SUMMIT 2018 badge must be picked up on-site at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP prior to entering the RNG SUMMIT Policy Forum at 1:00pm on Monday, May 14th.
 
Do I need a ticket to attend the Members Networking Event at Washington Nationals Ballpark on May 15?
Yes, you must have a ticket to attend. DISCLAIMER: Selecting the Baseball Networking Event increases your chances but does not guarantee participation. Tickets are limited and will be made available first to RNG SUMMIT Hosts, Sponsors and RNG Coalition member registrants. RNG Coalition staff will contact RNG SUMMIT registrants directly to confirm Baseball Networking Event participation, add you to the wait list and or provide tickets as they are available.
