Where is the discount code for tubing?

Once you purchase the ticket for the painting workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a discount code for tubing. Apply the code at checkout at saludaoutdoorrivercompany.com.

I signed up for the 9 AM slot, but missed my time--can I join the 10:30 AM class?

Accepted Answer

The classroom has space to fit 8 people comfortably. If you miss your initial time slot, you will only be able to join the next time if the class is not completely full.

Question 3

I've never painted before, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Although prior experience can be helpful, you do not need to have painted to take these workshops. Come try something new with amazing and experienced teachers. Who knows, you might discover a new passion!

Question 4

Can I bring art supplies if I have them?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All the basic art supplies are provided, but if you are an experienced painter and have a favorite brush, palette, or paint color, you are more than welcome to bring that along.

Question 5

I don't want to go tubing, can I still take the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If water adventures are not for you, you do not have to float afterwards. Just pay for the $40 art workshop, and you're good to go!

Question 6

I signed up for painting, but there were no tickets left for tubing?

Accepted Answer

The Saluda Outdoor River Company and the Caroline Gates Art Studio are partnering together to create this event, but we sell tickets separately. A purchase of the painting workshop gives you a discounted code for tubing, but cannot guarantee a spot.

I missed my class, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No, all sales are final.

Question 8

It looks like I am going to miss the workshop--can I give my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you can no longer attend the workshop you may transfer your ticket to the art workshop to someone else. Email Caroline Gates in advance to let her know who is coming.

Can I bring my kids?

Accepted Answer

Most of our workshops are for adults. However, we have 2 special Fridays for kids and adults. On July 10 and July 24, feel free to bring your kids aged 8 and up!
