Join us in a guided ritual space to align with the energy of the full moon — a threshold for reflection, integration, and renewal.
Through intentional breathwork, sound, and guided inner reflection, you will be supported in cultivating awareness of what is ready to be seen and what is ready to soften.
This is a contained space for inward listening — an opportunity to attune to subtle internal rhythms and the nervous system’s response to change and release.
We'll close by creating a small, personal altar to support continued ritual practice at home.
You’ll leave with a grounded sense of intention — integrated somatically through presence and experience.
