Description

Many organizations are now having to think about risk within their processes. When most people think of risk, they normally think safety, insurance coverage, liability exposure, etc. Organizations typically don’t drill down to process level to deal with inherent risk of their organizational processes. Addressing risk at this level actually reduces the typical risks we think about. This course will teach attendees how to apply the process-oriented approach to your risk based thinking, identify critical risk within each process and how to establish a risk profile and controls for each risk identified.
