What do I need to bring?

Energy. Your bench, risers and mat will be ready for you upon arrival. Hand weights will not be provided, however feel free to bring if you crave a little extra.  We’ve got your H20.

Open to all levels?

Accepted Answer

YES.  Intensity can be adjusted with the use of the risers. To start, one riser will be placed  on each side. Additional risers will be available if needed. All routines can be modified to do off the bench as well.

Any food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

We know it’s Sunday morning. Coffee and healthy snacks will be readily available included with your ticket.

Question 4

Will I need to complete a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A  simple waiver will be required for the event. This will include your name, email and phone number.
