A mind- body reset and end-of-year toolkit for educators.

As the school year winds down, many educators are running on empty—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

This isn’t another sit-and-listen workshop.
It’s a space to move, reflect, reset, and walk away with practices you can actually use.


What This Is

A 3- hour immersive experience designed to help educators:

  • Release stress and reconnect with their bodies
  • Reflect on the year with clarity and honesty
  • Build sustainable practices for energy, focus, and resilience
  • Leave with tools that support both personal well-being and classroom presence

This is about more than self-care.
It’s about building the capacity to keep showing up—for your students and yourself.
