This isn’t another sit-and-listen workshop.
It’s a space to move, reflect, reset, and walk away with practices you can actually use.
What This Is
A 3- hour immersive experience designed to help educators:
- Release stress and reconnect with their bodies
- Reflect on the year with clarity and honesty
- Build sustainable practices for energy, focus, and resilience
- Leave with tools that support both personal well-being and classroom presence
This is about more than self-care.
