Don’t hit ‘snooze’ on this one: join us for a morning yoga + dance party that combines ancient rituals with contemporary flair, all intended to facilitate connection to your community, your aliveness, and your wholeness. No bells and whistles. Just your shiny self, your yoga mat, and a group of friends and soul family connecting on the dance floor to start the day together.
This uplifting monthly event aims to bring together some of our favorite aspects of Bay Area culture and lifestyle while providing our own twist on the more traditional yoga class or ecstatic dance experience. Come for the yoga flows, the get down on the dance floor, and the oh so sweet release of a closing Savasana like no other.
What to wear:
Whatever you want! Feeling sparkly? Don something shiny, shimmery and splendid. Feeling sleepy? Roll out of bed in your PJs. Feeling stretchy? Groove in your yoga pants. Come as you are, it’s all welcome.
What to expect:
7:15am (40 min)
Beloved Bay Area instructor Rebecca Rogers will lead you through a sweet, soulful and vibey Vinyasa Flow practice to connect to your breath, warm up your bodies and open your hearts. Open to all levels.
7:55am (40 min)
A live DJ will be laying down a dope mix of upbeat, bright n shiny, booty shaking, joy inducing dance tracks, creating a space that is wild and free, where you can move and groove as you like, and where all bodies and beings are welcome.
8:35am (10 min)
Ground down with Savasana or Seated Meditation and a group OM to send us all on our way as we prepare to shine some of the joy in our hearts out into the world.
