This session is not just about recognizing potential; it's about activating it. Part of that activation will be through experiencing a DiSC style assessment through Everything DiSC! Every participant will leave with a detailed 27-page report on their DiSC communication style! Join us for a day that promises to unveil the leader within you—ready to rise to new heights.

Session 2: Impact Growth – May 14th, 9am to 4pm

Session 3: Serve with Empathy, Sept 10th, 9am to 4pm

Session 3 of 'RISE: Mastering Leadership Essentials' invites you to explore the transformative power of empathy—Serve with Empathy. Are you eager to cultivate a leadership style that fosters genuine connections? Dive into the realm of compassionate leadership, where understanding and empathy form the foundation of impactful service. Through interactive scenarios and insightful discussions, discover how to lead with compassion while maintaining effectiveness. Join us for a day dedicated to nurturing empathy in leadership and creating a positive ripple effect in your professional sphere.

Session 4: Elevate with Confidence – Dec 3rd, 9am to 4pm

Gear up for the grand finale of 'RISE: Mastering Leadership Essentials'—Elevate with Confidence. Are you ready to cultivate unshakeable confidence in your leadership journey? In this session, explore the mindset and practices that empower leaders to stand tall, make bold decisions, and inspire others with unwavering assurance. Gain practical tools to overcome challenges, embrace your authentic leadership style, and elevate your team to new heights. Join us for a transformative day that will leave you poised and ready to lead with confidence in every step you take.

Event Info:

This program will take place at the Bloomington Country Club. Lunch will be provided to you. You must take ALL 4 sessions to earn the certificate at the end of the program. You are allowed to take single sessions as you are available. This program will be certified globally, so each participant will also earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attending that can be applied to your credentialing programs. Each participant will earn 6 CEUs per session. This program will be very interactive and engaging with practical application exercises throughout each day.

We will be be cutting off registration when we reach 40 people, so please do not wait! There will be a waitlist based off of registration order. Once a spot opens up, you will be notified by email and will have 72 hours to register before your spot is offered to the next person in line.

Rusty presents all over the world on a variety of development topics with numerous acccolades and reviews. Rusty is also a contributing author to a book coming out later this year entitled, "The ATD Consultant's Handbook."
