Teacher Evaluation is more crucial than ever as we look to recruit and retain quality educators.&nbsp; Now is the time to leverage our teacher effectiveness model, classroom observations, feedback and coaching opportunities. We can begin by participating in training with fellow evaluators. The Evaluation Rubric training you will receive at Keep Indiana Learning is second to none.&nbsp; This training incorporates all of the key components of the teacher effectiveness rubric but also embeds work related to retaining our teacher talent through effective feedback, building teacher efficacy, and providing ongoing support through continued reflection and goal setting.----------ESC and CIESC Member DiscountsIs your school district a member of CIESC or another ESC in Indiana? You can register at a discounted price! Check the link below to verify your school district's ESC member status. Once ready you will click the registration option for an ESC Member District or CIESC Member District to receive the discount. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund. Any cancellation made on the day of or after will NOT receive a refund. Please note this event will be held in person. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered. Thank you for your understanding and enthusiasm for our commitment to in-person engagement.
