Are tickets going to be distributed to parents at practice?

No, we will have a list of names of all the parents who have purchased tickets at the check-in table upon entering the event.

What if I still need to pay for 2 tickets?

For your convenience, you can purchase tickets through Eventbrite or contact our Treasurer at Treasurer@riponchiefsfootball.org to make arrangements via cash, check, credit card or Venmo @Ripon_Chiefs_85.

Question 3

When will my check be cashed or credit card charged?

Accepted Answer

All checks and credit cards authorized at registration night will be cashed/charged on August 1, 2023.

What if I need to change or update my payment method?

What if I can't attend the fundraising event?

Accepted Answer

Parents are obligated to a 2-ticket minimum per household. If you're unable to attend, we encourage you to sell 2 tickets on your behalf to family, friends or neighbors of the community. Contact the Treasurer at Treasurer@riponchiefsfootball.org to update the ticket holder's information.
