Step into the rich tapestry of the Old West at the Inaugural Rim Country Western Film Festival! As an extension of Payson's World's Oldest Continuous Rodeo events, the Rim Country Chamber of Commerce and Rim Country Artists proudly present 'A Clint Eastwood Retrospective' with each film introduced by excellent speakers, including our own local historian and actor, David Grasse.
On Saturday and Sunday, we feature two special guest presenters. The renowned publisher of True West Magazine, acclaimed author, and illustrator extraordinaire, Bob Boze Bell brings unparalleled insight into the western genre. He is joined by Stuart Rosebrook, a very popular speaker, author, editor at True West magazine and the new director of the Sharlot Hall Museum in Prescott.
Bob Boze Bell will talk at the Sawmill before “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”, and on Sunday, Stuart will guide us into “The Outlaw Josey Wales”.
Join us for an immersive experience, complete with lunch at Rim Country BBQ, a talk on Payson's western heritage and culture with Bob and Henry, and an exclusive book signing at Noley's. Don't miss this extraordinary celebration of our western culture and cinema!
