Abide Academy #8185 | Broker/Salesperson CE | GREC #79861
Course Description
This course examines the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and how ethical standards guide
professional conduct in real estate practice. Participants will explore how the Code
establishes duties to clients, the public, and other REALTORS®, and how those duties
influence everyday decisions in real estate transactions.
Through interactive case studies and scenario discussions, participants will analyze
real-world situations and determine whether the conduct involved is right, wrong, or
ethically risky. The course reviews the structure of the Code of Ethics, key Articles and
Standards of Practice, and the professional standards process used by REALTOR®
associations to enforce ethical conduct.
Emphasis is placed on applying ethical decision-making to common real estate

brokers, and dispute resolution.
