Join Portal Doula, Michelle Castor (she/they) for an affirming circle to build and strengthen skills, tools, and support for navigating fertility struggles and the ups & downs of TTC.

Our time together is all an invitation and will include:

  • gentle breathing & somatic exercises,
  • acknowledging the impacts of fertility struggles - especially as queer, trans, non-binary, and solo folks TTC
  • recommendations for navigating the myriad experiences of these waves (from grief to uncertainty to hope and hopelessness - and beyond) to help nourish your nervous systems, your hearts, your families,
  • reflections and tools to ground and center you in your own wisdom, strengths, and communities of care,
  • guidance to vision and create your own personalized “taking care” plan
  • time for Q&A

Michelle is a mixed non-binary femme of color and a portal doula. They support individuals and communities navigating the portal-like experiences of grief & loss, fertility & TTC, and great life transformations through trauma sensitive space holding, somatic care, intuitive coaching, and herbal remedios. She has over 15 years of experience supporting BIPOC, queer, and trans folks with getting pregnant - and the ups and downs along the way. Michelle is available for 1:1 support, group facilitation, and healing circles. Learn more about their work at aguasangrehealing.com and @aguasangrehealing
