B&A Boutique and RISE31

Grab a friend and come join us in a 30 minute indoor cycling fiesta!  Enjoy fun music, a friendly atmosphere, and great vibes! All fitness levels are welcome to participate. 
There will be two time waves- 7:15pm and 8:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your starting wave so we can help you get setup and ready! Nine riders max per wave. 
Make sure to hang out after for a complimentary house margarita and happy hour specials from Cabo Flats!

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
We ask all riders be 18 or older to ride 
What should I bring to the event?
A water bottle, towel and spin shoes if you own them (if not we will provide you with a complimentary pair for the ride)
