Come celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Sister City Relationship between Richmond and Shimada! We'll have a live online broadcast co-hosted with our friends in Shimada, Japan, with live-streamed music and performances from both cities, plus bento boxes and refreshments.

Doors open at 4:15pm, Live Broadcast starts at 5:00pm sharp!
