2019 is the centenary of the birth of Richard Scarry, whose characters, stories and illustrations are celebrated on RichardScarry.com.

Their mission is to build an online archive for readers that shares Richard Scarry's inspiration for the many worlds he brought to life in his much-loved books.

Richard Scarry's unique ability to see the world from a child's point of view has a huge legacy and will continue to be explored in events and exhibitions.
