Reclaiming Sex Ed is a queer-centered sexuality education project founded by Katarina Hoskins, a queer sex educator and therapist-in-training.Events hosted under Reclaiming Sex Ed are trauma-informed, consent-based, and grounded in accessibility, emotional safety, and care. Workshops focus on intimacy, embodiment, communication, sexual health, and relational skills, with an emphasis on serving LGBTQ+ communities and other historically marginalized identities.Reclaiming Sex Ed is committed to creating inclusive learning spaces that support curiosity, connection, and well-being without shame or pressure.

Attachment theory can be helpful—but it doesn’t always tell the whole story.In this interactive, community-centered workshop, we’ll explore what attachment looks like outside traditional frameworks. Together, we’ll unpack patterns of anxious, avoidant, and secure attachment through a more expansive, queer-informed lens—one that considers identity, context, and lived experience.Expect a blend of science, reflection, and conversation as we explore:<ul><li>Why attachment can feel different across relationships and identities</li><li>How nervous system regulation impacts connection</li><li>What it means to build safety, desire, and intimacy intentionally</li></ul>Whether you’re single, partnered, queer, questioning, or just curious—this space is for you.Come sip coffee, connect with others, and leave with a deeper understanding of your patterns and how to work with them.
