You've been living as the character in your own story — reacting, waiting, surviving inside a frame someone else built. What would change if you stepped back, saw the whole picture, and decided the next scene yourself?

That's what this workshop is for.

Rewrite the Script is a 2-hour, hands-on workshop that uses the language of cinema and the tools of coaching to help you identify the narrative that's been running you — and consciously author a new one. You'll write, reflect, and leave with one sentence that's yours to keep.

THIS IS ESPECIALLY FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:

An immigrant woman who has carried a story of "dependent," "on hold," or "starting over" — and is ready to put it down.

Or any woman who has ever felt like she was living someone else's version of her life, waiting for permission to begin, or quietly shrinking to fit a frame that was never hers.

WHAT WE'LL DO — IN FOUR CUTS

🎬 The Voiceover — Write the story you've been telling yourself, and finally hear it from the outside.

🎬 The Director's Chair — Step back and see what the character living inside the story never could.

🎬 The Rewrite — Take the line that's been holding you back, and shoot the scene again, truer.

🎬 The Title Card — One sentence to carry out the door, and back into your life.

This is not therapy. It's not a lecture. You won't be put on the spot or asked to bare your soul. The deepest work happens privately, on the page — sharing is always an invitation, never a requirement.

YOUR GUIDE

Meghna Damani is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, certified life coach, and Master Practitioner of NLP whose own story began on a dependent visa — waiting, on hold, and slowly learning to pick up the pen. Her films have screened internationally, influenced Capitol Hill discussions, and earned recognition from SAALT, CAAM, and Paradiddle Pictures' DOCCELERATOR STORY LAB.

This workshop is where both halves of her work meet — the storyteller and the coach — holding space for yours.
