ReWild: A Dancing Freedom Journey

This month’s Dancing Freedom journey is inspired by the Wild Woman archetype, not just for women, but for anyone willing to reconnect with the instinctual, embodied, unapologetic self beneath conditioning.

Come dance with your wild self.
Shake loose what’s been contained.
Let your body speak what words cannot.

This is not performance. This is liberation.

These gatherings are small and intentional—spaces to return to your body, your breath, and your inner steadiness, even as you explore your edges.

All are welcome. Come as you are.

This is a space to:

• Reconnect with your instinctual body
• Express what has been held or silenced
• Explore freedom through movement
• Ground into presence and inner steadiness

No dance experience is needed. This practice is for every body.

These gatherings are intentionally small to create a safe and connected environment for exploration and transformation.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Water
• A journal (optional)

Come as you are. Leave more fully yourself.

Dancing Freedom is a monthly guided movement meditation—a ritual of return that carries us through the sacred elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Together, we move with these forces not just around us, but within us, awakening the memory of them in our bones, in our breath, in the quiet depths of our being.

Each element becomes a doorway: into grounding, into flow, into transformation, into expansion, into the unseen.

As we dance, we remember ourselves. We remember each other.

Each month offers a new theme, a gentle compass guiding us toward healing, inviting us to listen more deeply, move more truthfully, and soften into the wisdom of the body.
