The Overview: Sundays on local trails in DFW. Your guide will send an email with all the details about the meeting spot and any updates 2 days prior to the hike. *You must register in order to receive the email for the exact meeting spot.*
What to expect: eco-therapeutic prompts, mindfulness invitations, community, connecting with the rest of the natural world.
Hiking portion is usually between 2-4 miles. There is opportunity and invitation for lots of stops, rests and mindful moments. The trails are mostly sand and dirt. Wearing pants or tall socks is encouraged to protect from those Texas prickly plants. But full permission to dress in whatever feels comfortable for you.
You may choose to meet with the group for the opening and closing portion only and enjoy a solo hike in the area. Do what feels good for you!
Bring enough water to last the group time and a snack or two, if desired.
Your guide is certified in First Aid and CPR. They will have a first aid kit on hand and other basic care necessities to utilize, as necessary.
Registration and consent are required for participation in this adventure group.
