REVSTRONG Games

Tcu FootballFort Worth, TX
Saturday, May 23 from 7 am to 5 pm
Overview

A high-energy hybrid fitness race combining a cumulative 5K and 10 strength stations, hosted indoors on a football field.

The REVSTRONG GAMES is a large-scale hybrid fitness race built to test total-body performance in a true competitive environment. Athletes complete a cumulative 5K run broken into half-mile segments throughout the event, alternating between 10 functional strength stations that challenge power, stamina, and mental toughness.

Each station features demanding movements such as rowing, lunges, barbell work, carries, jumps, and explosive full-body exercises. The alternating format forces competitors to manage pacing and fatigue while staying technically sharp under pressure. It is not just about speed or strength. It is about strategy, resilience, and preparation.

The event is hosted inside the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility at Texas Christian University, giving athletes the rare opportunity to compete on full indoor turf under stadium lighting in a Division I training environment. Spectators can expect high energy, live announcements, music, head-to-head finishes, and a professionally produced race atmosphere. Whether you are competing or attending, you can expect intensity, community, and a performance-driven experience unlike anything else in North Texas fitness.
