Experience a range of invigorating activities including +Stretch, a refreshing 5K run, empowering strength training, rejuvenating Dance Workout, and a calming sound bath. Indulge in delicious food, complimentary massages and facials.
Take a moment to unwind with massages, counseling sessions, and journaling.
Remember to bring your own yoga mat and towel to fully immerse yourself in this revitalizing day.

EVENT SCHEDULE: YOU CAN COME TO ALL OR ANY EVENT YOU WOULD LIKE, WHATEVER MAKES YOU HAPPY. MASSAGE AND FACIALS AVAILABLE ALL DAY.
9:30AM : Doors Open - Sign-In for 5K. Please come any time for any of the other events. Check in table will be open all day.
Start your day by checking in and getting ready for an exciting lineup of activities!
10:15AM - 10:30AM: Stretch
Warm up your muscles and prepare your body for the day with a rejuvenating stretch session.
10:30AM - 12:00PM: 5K Run
Get your heart pumping and enjoy the great outdoors with a guided 5K run
1 2:00PM - 12:15PM: Motivational Speech by Marc Anthony Nicolas
2 time Emmy Producer.
12:30PM - 1:15PM: Strength Training
Build your strength and tone your muscles with an invigorating strength training session.
1:45PM - 2:15PM: Dance Workout w/ Groov3 Dance
If you have never danced before or are experienced you will have the best time learning you moves and getting a sweat on.
2:45PM - 3:30PM: Sound Bath Meditation
Let's end the day finding your inner peace.
