Save the date for Saturday, July 13th! The next Revitalize Puna event will be held at the Billy Kenoi Pāhoa District Park Gym from 10am to 2pm!


As always, this is the perfect opportuntiy to connect with government officials and community leaders involved in eruption recovery and resilience projects in Puna. Plus, this summer we highlight Keiki and 'Ohana Resources! Come play games, win prizes, and learn about education, childcare and more resources for your 'ohana! Join interactive discussions with County, State, and Federal leaders updating on recovery efforts and insights into Puna's challenges. Don't miss updates on the Pohoiki Boat Ramp restoration by the State Department of Land and Natural Resources. Stay informed and engaged in the community's recovery efforts!


Visit Resilience Resource Row for pop-up displays by local nonprofits and organizations offering free resources related to childcare, education, food, disaster preparedness, mental health, and more. Apply to participate on resource row by emailing aloha@revitalizepuna.org before June 13th. Note that participation is subject to approval, and fundraising, selling, campaigning or advertising is not allowed. Don't miss this chance to engage with valuable resources and support the community's recovery!


Explore progress updates from the Resilience Capacity Areas (RCAs), the driving force behind Puna's recovery. Learn about ongoing projects, collaboration, and innovation outlined in the Kilauea Recovery and Resilience Plan, covering Social, Cultural, Economic, Natural Environment, and Youth. Discover how you can contribute to these efforts!


The event is free. All residents interested in learning more about Puna's recovery and contributing to its resilience are welcome!


The upcoming July 13th event marks the eleventh convening of the Revitalize Puna series, which is co-hosted by the Kīlauea Recovery Team and Council District 4. The primary objective of this activation is to promote regular interactions between the community and the County, fostering the sharing of information, perspectives, and building relationships that increase trust and collaboration. By bringing together various stakeholders, this event will help advance the community's efforts towards recovery and resilience.
