This workshop explores how the body organizes movement through connectivity. Drawing from the Bartenieff Fundamentals, we will explore foundational patterns that support breath, coordination, and whole-body integration. These movement principles highlight how different parts of the body communicate and work together to create greater ease through movement. This workshop is open to anyone curious about movement, body awareness, and discovering new ways to experience support and connection within the body.


Limited to 10 participants to keep the environment intentional and supportive.
