RE:TURN Seattle

The Bulgarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA)is a focal point of private investors, venture capital funds and the entrepreneurial community in Bulgaria. The association works alongside its members to improve the business environment and to drive innovation and growth in the country and the region of Southeast Europe.

The Bulgarian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and the America for Bulgaria Foundation are partnering with Solutions for the Future Foundation and the Bulgarian Entrepreneurship Center in a joint initiative to reengage the Bulgarian diaspora in the United States. 
Re:turn aims to connect the audience with the Bulgarian entrepreneurial community’s rising stars as well as the everyday superheroes in the nonprofit sector doing vital work throughout the country. In a series of events, the Re:turn initiative will bring together the diaspora with US-based community and business leaders, who are actively engaged with developing Bulgaria’s potential and highlight the many opportunities Bulgaria offers. Re:turn will launch in three cities on the West Coast: San Francisco (4 March), Los Angeles (6 March) and Seattle (7 March).
The Re:turn initiative is a building upon the “BVCA on Tour” series in European capitals, through which BVCA, together with the European Commission and the European Investment Bank successfully engaged Bulgarians in Vienna, London, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam.
