Contour is a Canadian Alternative Rock/Post-hardcore band based in the Greater Toronto Area that focuses on creating energetic and thought-provoking music. A searing mix of heavy guitars, pulsing rhythms, and fierce vocals, Contour is an ode to the bands of each members youth and a protest against the dwindling of passionate rock music. Influenced by bands like System of a Down, Billy Talent, Thrice, Manchester Orchestra, Brand New, Underoath, Mogwai and Radiohead - Contour aims to contribute to a genre that has given so much to its fans.
In late September 2023 Contour released their new EP “I Can See How This Ends” and got rave reviews from fans and press alike. 2024 promises to be an exciting new year with even more new music and live shows. Contour is now more focused than ever before on pushing the boundaries of what this band can be.
