RETRO WORKOUT - 80's & 90's DANCE CLASS 
Gather your besties for some Friday night fabulousness! This is a fun and energetic dance work out, retro style. Enjoy a simple dance fitness warm up AKA Jane Fonda, and then move onto learning a variety of short dance routines with classic retro hits - there might be some MIchael Jackson, Madonna, Dragon, Brittany, Spice Girls who knows!  Dress up or not. 
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine afterwards with new friends. Coffee and Tea also supplied.

Investment: $30 which includes a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink.

Jen is an optimistic and caring person with a calming influence. Interested in all things creative and well-being, she enjoys practicing art, dance, yoga and meditation. Originally trained in jazz ballet, Jen has been dancing and performing for over two decades. A senior choreographer during high school for the Rock Eisteddfod, Jen went on to dance in Geelong dance groups; New Beginnings with Simon Vowels, Parallax Dance Company with Jordan Punsalang and teaching kids’ at Karen Feldman’s Dance Studio for many years. Jen continues to be passionate about dance and her ever popular weekly retro dance class at the studio is always jam packed. This year Jen will be expanding her skills as she undertakes her 200hr yoga teacher training.
 
No dance experience required. Dress up or down, wear whatever you like - but no heels on our lovely wooden floor please. We look forward to getting groovy with you all!
