Dale Soutas has an optimistic spirit and a fierce sense of determination. His journey through life has not been easy, and he had to learn grit the hard way through a series of health struggles as a child. These difficulties helped him develop persistence, which still impacts his life today. While growing up, Dale realized that difficult times don’t last forever, and he had two choices: continue to be bitter and angry or work hard and remain optimistic. He chose the latter.

After high school, Dale became an entrepreneur, opening a small, part-time business, and then moved to another state to help his brother do the same. He eventually started working at a big box firm with a family member, and although he felt limited in the services he could provide, Dale knew he wanted to stay in the financial field. He began working with a team in financial services but soon realized that their motive was to get rich quick, and their method was to take advantage of others. Because he wholeheartedly believed in doing the right thing, Dale understood that the only way he could serve his clients with maximum impact was to become independent and start his own financial practice.

Full of grit and determination, Dale forged ahead and launched Soutas Financial, a financial practice that values people, their hard work, and their futures. Dale and his team strive to provide honest, straightforward guidance, cultivating financial plans designed to fit each person’s unique life circumstances. At Soutas Financial, our client-centric philosophy allows to develop strong, trusting relationships with our clients, and our risk-averse approach is centered on protecting their assets to ensure they have a steady, reliable income in retirement.
