Screening of the psychological horror-thriller "Resurrection", followed by a Q&A with the writer-director.

About this event

As part of After School Special: The 2022 School of Visual Arts Alumni Film & Animation Festival, we are pleased to present a screening of the psychological horror-thriller Resurrection (2022), followed by a Q&A with the film’s writer-director, SVA alumnus Andrew Semans (BFA 2001 Film and Video).

Synopsis: Margaret's life is in order. She is capable, disciplined, and successful. Everything is under control. That is, until David returns, carrying with him the horrors of Margaret's past.

Resurrection is not rated by the MPAA, and some material may be inappropriate for children under the age of 17. Children ages 12 and under will not be admitted.

Doors will open approximately 30 minutes prior to each screening, and guests can enjoy music videos by Kevin Slack (BFA 2008 Film and Video) in the lobby while waiting to enter.
