About this event

RestoreOKC's Coffee Tours are a chance to come hear from the experts while you enjoy some breakfast samples from one of our very own social enterprise businesses, Eastside Eatery. RestoreOKC serves a tri-zip area known as Northeast Oklahoma City. And, while our community can be defined by a lot of statistics, such as:

  • 3 of 5 zip codes state-wide where 50%+ of youth under age 5 fall under "extreme poverty."
  • Oklahoma’s highest single head of household: 71%
  • An18-year life expectancy gap between someone born in our community and the rest of Oklahoma County.

That's not what you are going to hear about. Instead, you'll hear about the ways we are innovating for holistic solutions to multi-generational poverty. You'll hear stories from the start & community legends whose legacies will truly never be fully known. You'll hear about ways to get engaged, ways to give, ways to be part of a movement to see restoration in every community of our city until we can truly say we are a flourishing community.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I park?

You are welcome to park in the parking lot if you get here early enough or you can park in the grass alongside the street or the park.

Is this event handicap accessible?

Mostly! We have handicap parking spaces in our lot & ramps to allow you easy access into the farm stand which is where will start & end. One part of our tour involves walking across part of our Urban Farm, so you will just need to skip that one section & catch up with the tour on the next leg.

Can I bring people?

Absolutely! We would just ask that you have them register here also or at least shoot us an email or give us a quick call to let us know to expect them so that we have plenty of food!
