Welcome to an exciting and educational workshop on the world of medicinal mushrooms and Chinese herbal elixirs! In this introductory and exploratory class, you will delve into the fascinating realm of 5-6 medicinal mushrooms and a selection of Chinese herbs, discovering their incredible benefits and versatile uses.

The workshop is divided into two engaging segments. The first half provides the broad strokes about each mushroom, empowering you with knowledge about their unique healing properties. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to experience the magic firsthand by tasting each mushroom individually and then as a blend.

By the end of the workshop, you will not only have some knowledge tucked away in your beautiful brain, but also the chance to create your very own "longevity/Vitality" Elixir. This elixir will serve as a powerful upgrade for your health, immune system, and beauty.

During this workshop, we will explore six remarkable mushrooms, namely Chaga, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Tremella. Please note that Psilocybin mushrooms, also known as "magic mushies," will not be included in this event.

Join us for an enlightening and transformative experience as we dive into the world of medicinal mushrooms and discover the wonders of Chinese herbal elixirs!

The class duration is approximately 90 minutes, and we offer a sliding scale for the donation.
