Restore + Reiki

Join Kristin Gore and Valerie Neill for this unique experience designed to relax and reset your nervous system. We will weave our way through a blend of restorative yoga, individual reiki energy healing, and a nice long savasana sound bath.

Reiki is spiritually-driven life force energy. This technique involves hand placements on or just above the body in order to facilitate a healthy flow of energy and promote healing in the mind, body, and spirit.

Cost for this event is $40, and space is limited! Please bring your yoga mat and any props you may desire to be extra comfy (bolster, pillow, blanket, blocks, etc).
