Restore and Regulate workshop

Restore and Regulate workshop

Yogalina Bridge StreetWitney, England
Sunday, May 10 from 2 pm to 4 pm GMT+1
Overview

This 2-hour workshop offers a supportive, spacious, and grounding experience designed to gently support nervous system regulation

The workshop will begin with a warm welcome and soe time to settle into the space, which will hopefully help to creating a sense of safety and ease for you. From here, Amber will guide you through a simple and accessible overview of the nervous system — exploring how states of hyperarousal (rajas) and hypoarousal (tamas) can show up in the body, and how cultivating balance (sattva) supports wellbeing.

Through gentle breathwork practices, including humming and chanting, you’ll experience how sound and rhythm can help soothe the nervous system and settle the mind. This will be followed by a slow, mindful vinyasa flow designed to build steadiness, awareness, and a sense of embodied balance.

The workshop will then transition into a really lovely restorative yoga practice, which will help to support the body’s natural rest-and-digest response and allow space for integration and rest.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, and offers a safe, nurturing environment to slow down, reconnect and restore balance. There is no prior experience with breathwork or yoga needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
