Restorative Sound Bath Meditation

Take a moment to replenish your mind and body with a restorative sound bath. Sound baths are an ancient practice used for healing, relaxation, meditation, and more. They've been proven to reduce anxiety, increase energy levels, and promote healthy sleep patterns.

It's a simple process that involves lying down on a yoga mat while listening to soothing music. The combination of calming music with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls creates a deeply meditative state where your mind and body can completely relax.

The session lasts for 60 minutes allowing time for your body and mind to unwind leaving you completely refreshed! Space is very limited, and available first come, first serve. RSVP now to reserve your spot!

When: Mulitple Dates Available on Wednesdays at 7pm

What to Bring: An open heart/mind, yoga mat, and water. Optional items: pillow, blanket, bolster, eye mask, whatever helps you to feel comfortable and cozy!

Energy Exchange: $30 advance or $40 the day of the event/at the door. Note, this is a non-refundable reservation fee.

Disclaimer: All participants will be required to complete a release waiver before attending a sound bath. This will be provided and will need to be completed in advance of the event. This event is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has sound-induced epilepsy, heart pacemaker, stent/shunt, artificial valve, cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), has Parkinson’s disease and a DBS device, suffering from severe depression/anxiety, or has metal within their body.
