All materials will be supplied, but if you want to bring printed quotes you find encouraging, or things like that you can. Once you leave the workshop you'll have a better idea of all the possibilities!

Do I have to be in some kind of art already?

Not at all! This is all about taking your time and paying attention to the page and what is there. Absolutely no skills are needed.
