If you want to own and run a Restaurant, planning is key. Unfortunately statistics show that 90% of independent restaruants close within a year of opening (azcentral., Apr 2018). Planning and preparation are imperative to ensure you are among the 10% that survive.

This session will cover the process of starting a restaurant, how to fund your restaurant, and the employee hiring process. Successful restaurant industry best practices will also be covered.
