The Albion Manor, an English Pub and Cocktail Parlour in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, has partnered with No Bones Beach Club, a chef-developed vegan Cauliflower Wing, to present a collaborative dinner in The Parlour at The Albion for a select group of guests from the National Restaurant Association Show. Julia Shell, co-owner of The Albion Manor, and MacKenzie DeVito, founder and owner of No Bones Beach Club, are both proud members of Let's Talk Womxn, a collection of women-owned restaurants and F&B purveyors formed to strengthen opportunities for women in this arena. Both Julia and MacKenzie have worked on this menu to be a reflection of the British heritage of The Albion Manor while utilizing the No Bones Beach Club's Cauliflower Wings for a featured appetizer or an alternative meatless main course. The three-course meal will be paired with three cocktails or three spirit-free libations.
