Restaurant Redo

Tara is known as ThePlateCoach. She's a Brooklyn-based nutritionist/registered dietitian and co-author ofReal Fit Kitchen. She counsels clients at Custom Performance and has a virtual nutrition coaching practice. Tara also teaches nutrition and cooking to high school students at Healthy Harlem, an afterschool program affiliated with Harlem Children's Zone. She's a fearless and creative ambassador of healthful food choices.

<P>Do you eat out more than 3 times/week? This workshop is for you! From high end restaurants to grab & go spots, this interactive discussion will prepare you to leave future restaurant experiences both satisfied and healthy.</P>
<P>After the workshop, feel free to join us next door at Stout for a drink and bite to eat. This part is optional. Don't forget your beer money!</P>
