Rest
Overview

An invitation to pause and deeply restore.

Yoga Nidra is a practice that promotes deep relaxation and inner exploration. Derived from ancient yogic practices, Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a systematic method of guided meditation that induces deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness.

In this class, you'll be gently guided through a series of relaxation techniques, breath awareness, and visualization exercises designed to lead you into a state of deep relaxation. As you journey through the layers of consciousness, you'll experience a profound sense of calmness, clarity, and inner peace.

Through regular practice of Yoga Nidra, you'll cultivate the ability to release physical tension, mental stress, and emotional blockages, allowing you to access your innate healing abilities and tap into the reservoir of inner wisdom within. This transformative practice can help alleviate insomnia, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related disorders, while enhancing overall well-being and vitality.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class offers a safe and supportive environment for deep relaxation and self-exploration. Join us as we journey inward and awaken to the boundless potential of our true nature through the practice of Yoga Nidra.
