This immersive and rejuvenating journey includes gentle &amp; intermittent verbal guidance, Sanskrit chant, drums, gong, chimes, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and more.Gentle awakening mobilizations will conclude the practice.This practice will leave you feeling connected, grounded, and restored.Please bring any items for your comfort such as your own blankets, pillows, and eye coverings. Blankets are available in the studio.
