Release &amp; Restore is a slow, nurturing restorative yoga class that invites you to let go, breathe deeply, and return to a state of rest and balance. Using gentle stretches and long-held, supported poses, this practice soothes the nervous system and creates space for emotional and physical healing.Held inside the peaceful setting of Mind N Heart, you’ll be surrounded by soft lighting, leafy green walls, and the calming energy of a space designed for stillness.
