Restoring Wellness - Yoga, Dance, Meditation, Breathwork, Event Space Reservoir

A gentle, body-led experience designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection.Through guided meditation, grounding practices, drum-based sound, and intuitive movement, this session invites you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself in a safe and supported space.This is not about performance or doing anything “right” simply an opportunity to pause, breathe, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your body.What to expect:+ guided meditation &amp; grounding+ drum-led sound journey (facilitator-led)+ somatic / body-led awareness+ optional intuitive movement+ integration &amp; gentle closingIf you have your own drum, you are warmly invited to bring it. At moments within the journey, there may be an invitation for gentle, intuitive sound or movement to deepen your own embodied connection.
