This is a gentle, restorative evening designed to support rest, reflection, and intentional transition.
The session offers space to slow down and take stock, to soften your body, quiet your mind, and reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you’d like to move towards next. Rather than doing or striving, this is an invitation to pause, rest deeply, and listen inward.
The evening will be calm, spacious and supportive, helping you reconnect with yourself and step forward feeling more grounded and clear.
What to expect
The session will unfold slowly and gently, and may include:
- Gentle, accessible movement (no yoga postures or physical practice required)
- Guided meditation and yoga nidra (deep rest, lying down)
- Sound healing to support relaxation and nervous system settling
- Reflective journalling prompts
- Intuitive card pulls for insight and reflection
- Quiet time and optional sharing within a held, respectful space
Everything is offered as an invitation — you’re welcome to take part in whatever feels supportive, or simply rest.
This session is held at a natural threshold point, marking a shift from a period of completion into a new cycle of beginnings. For those who work with cyclical frameworks, it aligns with the transition from the Year of the Snake into the Year of the Horse, and from a 9 year into a 1 year in numerology, a time often associated with release, renewal and fresh momentum.
Who this is for
This session is for you if you’re:
- Feeling tired, overstimulated, or in transition

No experience with yoga, meditation, astrology or numerology is required.
What you’ll need
- Comfortable clothing
- A yoga mat
- A journal and pen
- Anything that helps you feel cosy (blanket, cushion, eye pillow)
You’ll spend much of the session lying down or seated comfortably.

- This is not a yoga class or workshop — there is no asana practice
- The focus is rest, reflection and gentle inner listening
- Sharing is always optional
