Yin Yoga

In the Yin portion of this experience, you’ll be guided through a series of seated and supine postures designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release deep tension in the myofascia, and help you sink fully into your senses. The focus is on mindful alignment and accessibility, with ample use of props to ensure the perfect balance of comfort and challenge. Expect to slow down, create space, and cultivate a deeper connection with your body and breath.

Sound Healing

This modality offers a wonderful natural alternative to support you if you are experiencing symptoms such as stress, tension, anxiety, depression, mood swings, trouble sleeping, or maybe high blood pressure. It will carry you through a deeply immersive, extended savasana. Sound instruments include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, Tingsha bells, chimes, drums, flutes, voice, and more.

Please bring a yoga mat & water. Bolsters are provided. Feel free to bring any other props or journals you'd like for extra cushioning, warmth, and support. We encourage you to dress comfortably.

All are welcome (16+).
