Using watercolours, acrylics and mixed media you will be shown simple guided techniques by a talented local artist. This retreat is all about play, presence, and self-expression.Throughout the day we’ll explore a variety of simple, accessible creative activities designed to awaken imagination and encourage joyful self-expression — no experience necessary. These creative moments will be gently interspersed with meditation, mindfulness and sound healing practices to help quiet the mind, open space for inspiration, and reconnect you with your natural creative flow.
