What to Expect

  • You will be greeted with a warm lavender towel
  • A grounding mediation to settle in
  • An immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments
  • A cozy space lit with selenite lamps to support additional energy cleansing
  • An optional cup of spring herbal tea to help further integrate the healing experience

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up
  • Doors will be locked 10 minutes after starting time to avoid disruption
